I’m a User Experience Specialist with a focus on creating inclusive, usable, research-based products that help people solve problems. I graduated from the University of Michigan’s School of Information with an MSI in Human-Computer Interaction. I’m agency-trained, having worked for notable clients in financial services, telecommunications, consumer products & retail, and manufacturing. I am currently creating customer experiences in mobile e-commerce as a Senior UX Architect for The Home Depot. I also teach graduate-level user-centered design courses for Brandeis University’s Graduate Professional Studies program.
